Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery options, charges, service areas, and applicable conditions will be communicated during the purchase process.
  • Where applicable, purchases totaling ₱50,000 or more within Metro Manila may qualify for free delivery, subject to Ambient Lighting’s current delivery conditions and product eligibility.
  • Delivery dates and timeframes provided by Ambient Lighting are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary because of product availability, scheduling, weather, traffic, holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Large, fragile, or specialized lighting fixtures, including chandeliers and floor lamps, may require special handling or scheduled delivery arrangements.
  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or additional delivery charges.
  • If a delivery attempt cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable or the delivery information provided is inaccurate, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply.

Returns, Refunds, & Cancellations

Product Installation & Electrical Safety

  • Unless expressly included as part of the purchased product or service, installation is not included with product purchases.
  • Lighting fixtures should be installed, wired, mounted, and tested by an appropriately qualified professional and in accordance with the product’s installation instructions and applicable safety requirements.
  • Ambient Lighting is not responsible for injury, property damage, electrical malfunction, product damage, or other loss resulting from improper installation, unauthorized modification, misuse, incorrect wiring, or installation contrary to the product instructions.

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, icons, product photography, videos, product information, layout, and design, belongs to Ambient Lighting / Penscott Corporation or is used with appropriate permission.

Limitation of Liability

Ambient Lighting and Penscott Corporation take reasonable care in providing website information and products. To the extent appropriate, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from misuse of the website or products, improper installation, unauthorized electrical work, third-party services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
